Small Group Circuit Training (2 sessions per week)

Be motivated and encouraged while training alongside others in our circuit style, small group personal training classes. While offering individuality to each participant, our small group training will help all of your fitness parameters, from strength and power to cardiovascular and core. Classes are 55 minutes.
