Gymnastics
Description:
Flip, balance, and grow with YMCA Youth Gymnastics! In a fun and encouraging environment, children are introduced to gymnastics skills and apparatuses while learning the importance of safety, focus, and form. Under the guidance of Coach Eyre, participants will practice correct positioning and safely use equipment such as springboards, balance beams, and mats while developing strength, coordination, and confidence.
Throughout the program, children will also learn and apply the YMCA’s core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility, along with good sportsmanship and teamwork.
Classes are offered for different skill levels, including beginner and intermediate, so every gymnast can learn, grow, and challenge themselves at their own pace. Join us for a program that builds both skills and character—one routine at a time!
Classes:
Beginner (4-6): 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Beginner (7+): 5:00pm – 5:45pm
Intermediate (7+): 6:00pm – 7:00pm
