Swim Lessons
Our YMCA Swim Lessons cater to kids of all ages and abilities, offering a variety of levels to support their swimming journey. Our skilled instructors will meet your child at their current skill level and guide them through different strokes and survival techniques to build their confidence in the water. Our group lessons are based on ability rather than age, ensuring that each child progresses at a pace that is comfortable for them.
We also offer Adult Swim Clinics throughout the year to help adults who want to learn how to swim better get in the water and have focused instruction with an experienced instructor. These clinics are often over the course of 2 – 4 days and each clinic will have a specific focus.
Youth Lessons: Ages 6 months through 12 years old
Adult Clinics: 16 years old and up!
Parents must get in the water for Parent/Tot and Transitions lessons.
Click here to view the Swim Lesson Selector Quick Guide to help determine your child’s level.
