Program Policies

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

  1. The Y reserves the right to change program times or locations. 
  2. Programs lacking sufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Program participants may transfer to another program or receive a system credit or a refund. 
  3. If you need to withdraw from a program before it begins, you must give at least three business days’ notice via email to the Program Director. Program credits after this time frame and refunds for full pay programs are not permitted unless there are extenuating circumstances. Credits and Refunds requested after the completion of a program session will not be honored.
  4. If a program is cancelled for any unforeseen reason, a system credit will be issued to your account to be used at a later date, if the YMCA doesn’t schedule a make-up class.  If this occurs while the session is in progress, the system credit will be adjusted for the days/classes remaining.
