Keeping Children Happy, Safe & Engaged All Summer Long
At our summer Day Camp, we prioritize the happiness, safety, and engagement of every child in our care. Our daily schedule is carefully crafted to offer a diverse range of activities, fostering growth, learning, and, most importantly, fun! Here’s a glimpse into what a typical activity at our camp looks like:
- Swimming
- Kid's Gym
- NMU Soccer Field
- Picnic Rocks Park
- CATCH program
- Basketball Gym
- Field Trips
- STEM - Academic Activities
- Majority of the time outside
Camp registration opens on Monday, March 17th, 2025, at 7:30 am. Registration will close Mondon ay, April 14th. 2025 before 9:00 pm. Confirmation of your child’s enrollment will be sent via email by April 18th, 2025.
You will be required to register for days each month.
Member registration opens on the 10th of the prior month.
Non-member registration opens on the 15th of the prior month.
Example: On May 10th the member registration opens to schedule June.
Enrollment is based on a first come first serve basis.
The cost of Day Camp is as follows:
- Members: $35 per day
- Non-Members: $40 per day
Financial assistance will be available – if you plan on applying for a scholarship, the form must be turned into the front desk no later than Monday, April 14nd, 2025.
All children are more than welcome at camp; any camper that requires an aide at school, will require an aide while at camp.
Open to ages 6-12 OR has completed Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten and is turning 6 by August 31st , they are exempt and can register. Exemptions and approval may apply if a child attended our YMCA Child Development Center
CATCH is a unique coordinated school health program designed to instill healthy habits in children and unite school communities in promoting lifelong wellness. Through fun and engaging activities, CATCH empowers children to make healthier choices and develop a positive relationship with their health.

The camp sessions will be held from June 16th to August 22nd, with operational hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, excluding July 4th. Please note that there is no half-day option available.
